From a recent Free On-line Forum, I couldn't help but notice that another builder had made an error during construction. It occurred to me that maybe what the public should know is how a building contract actually works, that is, what you can make the builder do and what you can't make a builder do.
So, after talking with another colleague (George Zakos), who also shares my passion for "getting it right and protecting the consumer" we are offering a free 2-3 hour tutorial on what's in a building contract, what does it mean, how is the quote tied in and explain how the contract generally works.

My colleague and I would love to talk to people who are building their home and give them some knowledge and therefore confidence in talking to the builders about what they are doing and why.
